By adding this side extension to an end of terrace house, created a new entrance making the existing entrance secondary. By doing this the flow of the property changed for the better.

The Brief

Reinforced concrete, with steel and concrete beams.

The Structure

Black brick extension, with lots of open glass partitions and skylights. Riga Mel birch ply built in furniture.

The Finish

Side and loft extension with a large glazing package. Including a full internal refurbishment.
