Lake Estates Limited is a property development and investment company in central London. We have known and used IC&T Projects for several years. Alex and his team have successfully completed a number of contracts for us both on time and on budget. Without exception, each job has gone according to plan with Alex providing valuable suggestions and input which have added to the overall success of the projects. I approached IC&T Projects in September 2008 when we first opened as a school for excluded young people aged 14-16. We had to undertake a complete overhaul of a vacant building and turn it into a space specifically designed for the purpose of educating some of the most vulnerable young people in the Borough. Not only did Alex fully appreciate the specifications required, but he also bought into the values and ethos that the building had to offer. The team were sensitive to all aspects of Safeguarding surrounding young people and were respectful of the environment that staff had to operate in. Coupling this to the rigorous financial restraints and local authority guidelines was no mean feat, yet IC&T Projects came in under budget and finished within the tight timescale imposed upon them. I have since returned to IC&T Projects to install a Food Technology Classroom. Again, the sensitivity to the environment they are working in is exemplary and the attention to detail is first class. I will be using IC&T Projects again to install security features and maximise the limited outside space we have. I cannot praise IC&T Projects highly enough.
