We’re a full service company, delivering everything from heavy structural steel and concrete work through to fine finishes and bespoke joinery completed in our own joinery studio in London.
Our talented and experienced project managers and on site foremen take challenges in their stride, so you can have full confidence in our team.
IC&T began as a family company, and as we’ve grown, we’ve held on to that people-first approach, building a close knit team of highly skilled and loyal craftsmen and contractors. Rather than sub-contracting, our team includes specialist skill sets across the whole spectrum of construction, from fine joiners to steel fixers, brick to concrete. The same team will take you from architect’s plans to the finish line, for a consistent build and streamlined schedule.
Meet Our Team
Alex Hughes, Founder
Our founder has been working in the industry for 40 years. Coming from a line of highly skilled British construction, and building on the legacy of his master woodcarver grandfather and architect father, Alex's commitment to craftsmanship and precision detailing can be found in even the most expansive IC&T projects.
Sergio Lobato, Contracts Manager
Now a director and partner in the business, Sergio first joined IC&T in 2015 in a contract management role. He completed his Master’s degree in civil engineering in Portugal, and in Madeira spent three years working on a large-scale hotel complex from structural beginnings through to opening day.
Wiktor Radomski
Wiktor has 20 years of experience in the UK building industry. Having earned his Master’s degree in environmental Biology in his native Poland, he has since trained in finance and accounting operation systems, and joined IC&T in 2019.
