When we one this contract, we were really excited with the challenge to squeeze this fabulous contemporary new build in to the open space. We believe this was a space left for horses and carriage.

The Brief

Reinforced strip foundations with a cantilevered ground slab. The internal floors and flat roof are block and beam sitting on a structural inner leaf wall.

The Structure

Simple materials were used to great effect.

The Finish

A new build set between 2 Victorian terraced houses. Set over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms and garage space for a car. Incorporates bespoke joinery and panelling.
