Hamilton Terrace

This project focused on reinstating an 1840’s property, previously subdivided into six individual dwellings, back into a single 9 bedroom family home. The works included extensive structural alterations to internal walls, floors, external facade, and the roof. The house underwent a full refurbishment, incorporating a substantial rear extension, new loft rooms, and the conversion of the flat roof for use as a terrace. The brief called for the careful reinstatement of the home’s early Victorian character, both inside and out. The joinery package involved replacing all doors and windows and reconfiguring the fenestration across every elevation to reflect the building’s original design intent.
